CHURCH LOAN REQUIREMENT CHECKLIST
The following items are required by Church Capital Corporation in order to process a Church loan.
Sole Ownership Vesting Options:
1. Last three years’ and year-to-date financials (profit and loss or operating income and expense statements and balance sheets).
2. Copies of last twelve months’ bank statements.
3. Copies of Church By-laws and Articles of Incorporation.
4. Last three years’ membership, average weekly attendance and giving units.
5. Purchase Contract (if applicable)
6. Most Recent Mortgage Statement (if applicable)
